• Your email address when you request early access.
• Your name, company, and contact details if you email us.
• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) recorded by our hosting provider, Vercel.

We use the information above to:

• Notify you when the founding cohort opens.
• Respond to your inquiries.
• Operate and secure the service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payments).

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately and permanently through our suppression list. In keeping with the CAN-SPAM Act, our physical mailing address is included in every message.

Waitlist emails are kept until your launch notification plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing reply@orqesta.ai.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use only functional cookies required for authentication if you have an account.

Orqesta is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
