The service
Orqesta is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses generate websites and ads, find leads, and manage outreach. Orqesta is currently offered as an early-access preview to a limited group of founders.
Acceptable use
By using Orqesta, you agree that you will not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam or deceptive messages.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.
- Use the service to infringe the rights of others or to violate applicable marketing and anti-spam laws.
Early access & no warranty
The service is provided during early access on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Features may change, break, or be removed while in beta. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount of fees you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
